Wonders will never cease - almost a year later I have some how managed to find the tiny scrap of torn serviette that had my password on it!!!
I'm back - and still livin in Woor.
A year - I'm a little wiser, a little more $ in the bank, a little more in love with the place and a little more certain that I'm lucky to walk in my shoes.
Just finished week 2 - teaching grade 4 this year - I like it soooo much more than teaching grade 1. Dont get me wrong - by the end of the year I would have taken home and kept anyone of the kids I taught (except for a couple exceptions that is) and I still see them as my kids even though they are with another teacher now. BUT year 4 kids can follow instructions, you can play with their minds and make them question their beliefs and action - it is so much more fun.....
Let me give you a run down on the local govt run shop -
Asparagus so dried up they are like twigs $4.99 a bunch
Iceberg lettuce - in a convenient white plastic shopping bag, a few totally wet and slimy leaves in the bottom but at total bargain at $4.00
Fresh Avocado at 8.99 a kilo
Soft carrots which have strange hair like things on them $4.00 a kilo
Wrinkly tomatos 7.99 a kilo
Yep - is it any wonder the locals choose to go buy hot chips for every meal - its cheap and in some instances - better for you.
I must say I am soooo impressed with myself for having found this password. Will try and add pics next time. xc
